Short drive (approx. 45 minutes) to Sipi Trailhead or Budadiri Gate, depending on trail selection.
Receive a briefing from the Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA) ranger and prepare for the hike.
Begin your guided hike through lush montane forests, bamboo zones, and scenic ridgelines.
Enjoy panoramic views of the Karamoja plains, Sipi Falls valley, and glimpses of wildlife such as colobus monkeys and colorful birds.
Along the way, your guide will share insights about the mountain’s volcanic history, flora, and traditional medicinal plants used by local communities.
